That at the end of a period of five years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

The external lighting shall be installed so that the main beam angle is shielded from the highway. To prevent light spillage the lamps shall have 'barn doors' to direct the light that shall be in place prior to the first use of the lighting. Reason: To protect the appearance of the area and the environment in accordance with Policy EP3 of the South Oxforshire Local Plan 2011.

The lighting of the signs shall be set to illuminate at the same time as the Culham Science Centre lighting and shall not be lit at any other time whatsoever. Reason: To protect the appearance of the area and the environment in accordance with Policy EP3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
