Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The secondary glazing hereby permitted shall be installed in accordance with details submitted on drawing DS-210 of the approved plans. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The repairs to the dormer windows shall use new pieces of treated softwood to match the existing profile and finish. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
