Prior to the commencement of works, the manufacturer's technical specification for the conservation rooflight or a section and elevation drawing at 1:20 and 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
