Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the ground floor window to the annex shall be of the same depth (vertical plane) as the windows to the other ground floor windows in the rear wing. Detailed drawings in respect of the window, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the manger and trough shall be retained within the ground floor of the annex as confirmed in the Agent's letter dated 23 June 2009.
