Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the guard room addition hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 18 June 2014 the three changing room structures shall be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
