The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P10/W0167/DIS

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of the development section and elevation drawings of the windows at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of development an elevation drawing at a scale of 1:50 showing details of all vents, flues, extract ducts and rainwater goods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of development details of the paint colour to be used for any painting on the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

A sample panel of the brick and lime mortar shall be provided on site, inspected by the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
