Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The animal shelter hereby permitted, shall only be used for the sheltering of animals and for no other purposes whatsoever. Reason: To prevent inappropriate use within the Countryside in accordance with Policy A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The machinery store hereby permitted shall only be used for the storage of farm vehicles and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To prevent inappropriate use within the Countryside in accordance with Policy A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases, and within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be dismantled, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
