The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/W0490/DIS

No works shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of stone and lime mortar for the different sections of stone repair (e.g. 'fat' lime for above water level and hydraulic lime for below water level) to be used in the works. The sample panel(s) shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until works are completed, and the panel(s) shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the proposed steel railings at a scale of 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the installation of the railings hereby approved. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The steel railings hereby approved shall be painted black. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the badly weathered brick cladding on the south west wing wall shall be replaced by stonework unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works details of the new location of the electricity supply box shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
