Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works details of the materials, paint colour and finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that details of the works are accepatble and safeguard the historic interest of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
