Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases, and within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be dismantled, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans and in the Design and Access statement hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policy A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
