Prior to the commencement of development details of the finish colour to render cheeks and reveals on dormers, and samples of the materials to be used for the dormer roof tiles shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P09/W0550/DIS
