Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:20 to detail the junction between the existing roof structure and the new pitched dormers are submitted. Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 be submitted for each of the three windows proposed for replacement. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall match that of adjacent work with regard to material, methods, profile and appearance.
