The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:

The works hereby approved to the roof of the dwelling shall only be carried out concurrently with the works to the roofs of No.74 and No.76 Bell Street, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works to the roofs of No.74 and No.76 Bell Street are described under listed building application references P09/E1377/LB and P09/E1378/LB.

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the tiles to be used in the repairs to the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
