Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, a sample of the material to be used for the replacement boarding of the box dormer windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with Policies G6 and D1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
