No work or associated activities including deliveries/loading/unloading/ servicing/ or parking or manoeuvring of vehicles by staff and/or visitors shall be carried out on the site at any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays, or before 08:00 or after 18:00 on Monday - Friday, or before 09:00 or after 13:00 on Saturdays.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the local area, and in accordance with Policies G2, C4 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all vehicles associated with the business operation described within this planning application, including the vehicles of staff, visitors, customers and those used for deliveries shall be parked within the site area only.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of the local area and to protect the appearance and rural character of the surrounding countryside, and to protect the public right of way adjacent to the site, and in accordance with Policies G2, G4, C4 and R8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the site shall only be used for the purposes specified in the application, for part car storage, rebuilding of engines and cars, and part servicing of cars, and for no other purpose whatsoever, including the sale of motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts.

Reason: To protect the appearance of the local area, which has a rural character and to protect the environment and wildlife, and to minimise the number of vehicle movements to and from the site, and in accordance with Policies G2, C4 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no external lighting to the site shall be provided unless an acceptable external lighting scheme is first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the appearance of the local area, which has a rural character and to protect the environment, wildlife and the locality from light pollution, and in accordance with Policies G2, C4 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
