The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

A full repair schedule with good photographic coverage of all features proposed for repair/alteration, including additional members shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun and thereafter implemented as approved. All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
