The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all new re-rendering to the Listed Building should be of traditional lime render. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to commencement of the works hereby approved details of the render finish and colour to be used shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
