The replacement windows hereby approved shall be painted timber, single glazed and shall match existing designs, including sections and profiles. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works a method statement for lifting the floor boards shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
