The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P10/E0550/DIS

That all plant and equipment hereby approved shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the NSL Environmental Noise Survey Report prepared by Jon Stump and dated 13 January 2010. This is to achieve a rated noise level of at least 5dB below the given background level of 32dBa, to be assessed in accordance with BS:4142 at the nearest residential property, identified as 22 High Street, Thame Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding details shown on drawing CHQ.09.8302-021, prior to the commencement of development details of the materials to be used for the acoustic fence and its final height shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
