That the materials to be used for the external walls, roofs and windows of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building and as specified on the approved plans. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
