Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

This permission only allows for the variation of Condition 13 of planning permission P08/E1278 and all the other conditions attached to this planning permission still apply.

Reason: This permission is only for the variation of a condition attached to planning permission P08/E1278 and the details and of that permission remain in force in all other respects.
