That within 3 months of the date of this permission details of the planting to be conducted along the eastern boundary shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the replacement planting shall be carried out in accordance the approved details in the next planting season following the commencement of the development. Should any of the replacement planting die or be seriously damaged it shall be replaced in the next planting season. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies C2, H13 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
