The proposed extension, due to its siting, size and design also fails to respect the proportions and appearance of the existing dwelling and it is therefore contrary to Policies G2, G6, H13 and D1 of THe South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and guidance contained within the South Oxfordshire Deisng Guide 2008.
