This permission only allows for the variation of condition 2 of planning permission P78/S0735 and the variation of condition 3 of planning permission P81/S0282 only and all the other conditions attached to these planning permissions still apply.
Reason: This permission is only for the variation of the seasonal occupancy conditions attached to planning permissions P78/S0735 and P81/S0282 and the details and terms of these permissions remain in force in all other respects.
The touring caravans and tents shall be occupied for holiday purposes only and shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence. The operators of the caravan park shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all owners of caravans and tents on the site and of their main home addresses and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: The use of the site for permanent residential accommodation would be contrary to Policies H6, H16 and TSM6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
