The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/E0069/DIS

Detailed drawings, at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation), in respect of the new window to be inserted into the front (west) elevation, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the work has begun. Details of the paint finish of the new window shall also be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
