Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That this permission shall only allow alternative uses of Hardwick Road Field that are ancillary to events and activities taking place at Mapledurham Country Park as outlined in the application. Reason: To preserve the character and natural beauty of the landscape and surrounding area in accordance with Policies G2, G4, G6, C1, C2 and A3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
