That, notwithstanding the details shown on the approved plans, a sample panel of flintwork, showing the proposed stone, its size and its proposed knapping shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. Thereafter, the external walls of the extension hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the approved panel, which shall be retained on site until the work is completed. Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 to show the panelling to be created by the recycled pews shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, CON3 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 of any flues, vents, extract ducts, grilles and gutters and associated details of their colour, to be installed on the extension hereby approved, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, CON2, CON3 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of the retention of the pulpit and font on movable casters shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the relevant part of the work commencing.
