That the proposed extension to the permitted hours of use of the café pavilion, beyond those permitted by conditions 3 of planning permission P08/E0636/RET, would have an adversely impact upon the amenity of the occupiers of nearby properties in terms of noise; a perceived loss of privacy; and the loss of the quiet enjoyment of their properties through prolonged exposure to the sounds, views and lights associated with the commercial activities on the application site. This would be contrary to policies EP2 and D5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
