Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of works, samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted, including a sample panel of brick/lime mortar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be thereafter implemented and retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest and setting of the listed building and its setting and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the windows and doors at a scale of 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be thereafter implemented and retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the walkway balustrade at a scale of 1:10 and details of finish shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be thereafter implemented and retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, a Methodology Statement for consolidation of the water eroded area pf brickwork and retention of redundant sluices/timber walkway on south side of mill shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be thereafter implemented and retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
