That within 4 weeks from the date of this permission the portacabin and shipping container shall be clad with dark stained timber and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with Policies G6 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the farm shop use shall be confined to the portacabin, and the greater proportion of goods sold from the premises shall be confined to locally produced goods. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with Policies A4 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
