The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The 4 new windows to the rear of 8 Upper High Street hereby approved shall be painted timber, single glazed side hung casements as shown on the submitted plans.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the existing UPVC windows shall be replaced with the windows hereby approved within 6 months of the date of this consent.
