The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P09/E1072/DIS

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details and drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Windows and doors at 1:20 and 1:5 (section and elevation) b. Paint colour for windows / doors (colour swatch / BS number) c. Lime mortar mix for chimney flashings d. Specification / manufacturers details for flue liner and wood burning stove Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No wholesale cleaning of the internal timbers shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority in respect of a sample area of the low pressure air abrasive cleaning. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
