Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The uses hereby permitted shall be shall be carried on only by Gary Hall, and in the event of the premises ceasing to be occupied by Gary Hall, the uses shall cease unless a further planning permission is granted by the local Planning Authority. Reason: That the permission is given only in view of the of the circumstances put forward by the applicant, and having regard to the planning history of the site, in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the number of events held at the premises shall be limited to no more than 25 in any calendar year and shall not take place other than on Saturdays and Sundays. Reason: To protect the amenity of the locality in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the uses hereby permitted shall not take place outside the hours of 12 noon and 11-30 pm. Reason: To protect the amenity of the locality in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That only those buildings specified on plan reference 878/6 shall be used for the uses hereby permitted. Reason: To protect the amenity of the locality in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the parking area to the south of the barn shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking and manoeuvring of motor vehicles by staff and visitors to the site. Reason: In order to ensure sufficient car parking is provided in the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policies T1 and D2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that order) no marquee or any other temporary structure shall be erected on the site, as defined by red edging on plan reference 878/4 accompanying the application, without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenity of the locality in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
