Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 27th October 2009
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the location and height of the shed in relation to the B4009 and its junction with Pleck Lane, the shed reduces the visibility for drivers turning out of Pleck Lane junction, which is already considered to have limited visibility. The development is considered to compromise highway safety contrary to policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
