That the window on the left hand front elevation of 33 Brook Street is to be 8 over 8 painted timber sash in design, details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority Prior to commencement of the works. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the bay window on the front elevation of 33 Brook Street is to be 6 over 6 and 4 over 4 painted timber sash, details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority Prior to commencement of the works. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The windows and doors of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved that being painted timber doors and painted timber sash windows. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
