The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
