The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the converted log store shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2, and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, joinery details of external windows and doors, including the glazed link structure, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The joinery shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details and thereafter retained. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2, and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new rainwater goods shall be cast iron painted black. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P09/E1373/DIS

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Details of the proposed new internal insulation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of such works. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2, and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Notwithstanding the details indicated on Drawing 300109-F11A, no existing timbers within the log store building shall be removed or replaced without written approval from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2, and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Notwithstanding the details indicated on drawing 300109-F11A, a ceiling shall not be introduced into the log store building, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2, and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
