Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the garage outbuilding and converted log store hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, CON3, CON5, CON7, D1, and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. A scheme of fencing and other means of enclosure, including the new gates for the vehicular access, and a scheme for the means of treatment of the hard surfaced areas of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
