The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The demolition hereby permitted shall not be commenced until a contract has been let for the redevelopment of the site in accordance with the planning permission P09/E0591, under the terms of which work is to commence within three months or such other period as may be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To avoid premature demolition in the interests of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
