A detailed schedule of works and design of the structural repairs proposed in the outline must be submitted for approval before the relevant part of the work has begun.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and to ensure the proper support is given to the building at all times and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
A methodology statement confirming the sequence of the works and any temporary works, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and to ensure the proper support is given to the building at all times and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
