That prior to the commencement of the works, samples of the bricks to be used for the construction of the plinth shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P10/E0452/DIS

That prior to the commencement of the works, joinery details of windows, doors and timber posts at scale 1:5 and 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. That within 1 month from the date of the commencement of the new conservatory, the existing conservatory shall be demolished, and the materials removed from the site.
