That prior to the commencement of the works, samples of the bricks to be used for the construction of the plinth shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. That prior to the commencement of the works, joinery details of windows, doors and timber posts at scale 1:5 and 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
