The ground floor of the premises shall be used for the sale and consumption of products as detailed in the application and for no other purposes including any other purpose in Class A3 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order).
Reason: To ensure that the primary shopping frontage is not undermined any further and to be in accordance with Policy TC8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the window displays as shown on plan L09 1697 02-01 D incorporating the chilled window bed and the display table shall be retained as such.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the primary shopping frontage and to be in accordance with Policy TC8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the tables and chairs for use by customers shall only be provided in the area of the ground floor shown hatched on the attached plan.
Reason: To ensure that the primary shopping frontage is not undermined any further and to be in accordance with Policy TC8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The use of the premises hereby permitted shall be restricted to the hours of 7am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
