Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The removal of the fence hereby permitted shall not be undertaken before planning permission has been granted for the rebuilding of the boundary and a contract for the carrying out of the works has been made. Reason: To ensure that premature demolition does not take place before the rebuilding works start in order that the visual amenities of the area are safeguarded, in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
