That within 3 months of the date of this permission, the side of the rear bay window to Block 3 shall be fixed and obscure glazed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The window shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The approved scheme shall be implemented within one month of the approval and shall thereafter be retained for the use of occupiers of the approved units for bin and cycle storage only.
Reason: To ensure adequate waste and cycle storage in accordance with Policies D2 and D10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That within 3 months of the date of this permission, two bat boxes shall be provided in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA. The boxes shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme
