The two new windows to be inserted into the west gable end of Yew Tree Cottage shall be painted timber and single glazed. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
