Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the extension to the garage shall be render and natural slate to match the revised materials of the existing structure, and those to be used for the constuction of the machinery store shall be dark stained boarding and timber shingles, as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the developement are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2, G6, H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The building hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse within the application site and for no other purpose. Reason: As the separate use of the building would be contrary to policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2008, or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order, no buildings (other than that shown on the approved plans), pools, hard surfaces or fencing shall be erected or constructed on the additional garden land hereby permitted without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the character of the area and the landscape quality in accordance with Policy G2 and C1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
