Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Prior to the commencement of works, samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted, including a sample panel of brick/lime mortar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be thereafter implemented and retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest and setting of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of works, details of flues, vents, pipes, ducts and rainwater goods including the gutter between the green roof and the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be thereafter implemented and retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
