Prior to the commencement of development, details of a mirror to facilitate safe vehicular access from the field shall be submitted to and improved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The mirror shall be implemented as approved, maintained and retained for the duration of the use of the access.  

Reason: In the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policies G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
