Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The replacement windows and entrance door and their frames shall be of a timber construction and stained to match the colour of the existing window frames. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of Hodmore House as a listed building, in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The windows hereby approved shall be side opening casements and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of Hodmore House as a listed building, in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Any re-pointing work which is required as a result of the works hereby approved shall be undertaken in lime mortar. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of Hodmore House as a listed building, in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
