Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P10/E0194/DIS

That prior to the first use of the extended village hall hereby permitted, the car park shall be extended as shown on the block plan accompanying the application, and shall be surfaced and marked out into parking spaces, and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority¿s vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policies G2 and D2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That prior to the first use of the extended village hall, a barrier at the front entrance of the car park and boundary fencing to the rear shall be provided in accordance with a scheme to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning authority. The barrier and fencing shall be erected in accordance with the approved plans prior to the first use of the extended village hall hereby permitted and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies G2 and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P10/E0194/DIS

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (no.2) Order 2008 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows or external doors shall be inserted in the building, other than those shown on the plans accompanying the application, without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to protect the amenity of adjoining properties in accordance with Policies G2 and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That prior to the first use of the extended village hall, the roof lights shall be obscure glazed in accordance with details to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and roof lights 6, 7 and 9 shall be restricted to 100mm opening by tilt restrictors, all as shown on plan reference 0907/01. The obscure glazing and tilt restrictors shall be retained and maintained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to protect the amenity of adjoining properties in accordance with Policies G2 and CF2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
